Agreements
All engagements are governed by a mutually executed Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work that set out scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer.
Scope & pricing
Engagements are fixed-scope unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices shown on this site are indicative starting points and are confirmed in the written plan before work begins.
Intellectual property
Unless a Statement of Work says otherwise, all deliverables, source code, and cloud credentials created for you are assigned to you on full payment. We retain no lock-in over your systems.
Confidentiality
We work NDA-first where required and treat client information as confidential by default.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement in question, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of our registered office.
